Job Description

Job Purpose

The CRM Loyalty Executive Apprentice will support the business in building stronger relationships with customers by using data to understand customer behaviour, renewals, and loyalty. The role involves supporting loyalty initiatives, maintaining reports and dashboards, responding to CRM-related queries, and assisting with customer communications and surveys.

This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to CRM, data analysis, and marketing tools while developing practical skills in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse contract and customer data to identify trends, renewal propensity, and customer behaviours throughout the customer journey.
  • Support the development and implementation of the customer loyalty strategy.
  • Monitor and respond to questions and requests from internal teams and external partners through the CRM mailbox.
  • Understand, update, and improve reporting dashboards.
  • Analyse data and prepare presentations for various committees and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the deployment and optimisation of Power Query and Power BI.
  • Support improvements to the customer portal, enhancing both look, feel, and effectiveness.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of customer surveys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer panels.
  • Support the design and deployment of customer marketing communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud from a data perspective.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable working with data and data management tools such as SQL, Excel, Power Query, and Alteryx.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex environments and identify key trends and variables.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A rational mindset with the ability to simplify processes and improve customer experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
