Guardsman Level 2 Apprenticeship

Overview:

Guardsmen are frontline soldiers who protect people, places and national interests. You’ll be trained to operate in demanding environments, working as part of a close‑knit team to patrol, protect and respond quickly to events on the ground, both in the UK and overseas.

Alongside your operational role, you’ll also take part in high‑profile ceremonial duties, representing The Army at major national events. It’s a role that suits people who enjoy teamwork, physical challenge and variety, while building discipline, confidence and resilience that last well beyond your Army career.

Apprenticeship:

You’ll work towards a Level 2 HM Forces Serviceperson (Protective Services) apprenticeship as part of your training, helping you develop core skills such as teamwork, communication and operational awareness.
