HR Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship

Salary: Over £26,300

Overview:

HR Specialists in the Adjutant General’s Corps play a key role in making sure The Army runs smoothly. You’ll support soldiers and officers throughout their careers, looking after everything from pay and records to postings, promotions and welfare.

You’ll be trusted with important information and work closely with people at every level, helping them get the support they need to focus on their role. It’s ideal if you enjoy organising, problem‑solving and working with people, while building valuable HR and administration skills that are recognised both in and outside The Army.

Apprenticeship:

You’ll gain a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship as part of your training, giving you recognised skills you can use throughout your Army career and beyond.
