Job Description

Digital Marketing & Business Level 3 Apprenticeship - Boom Graphics

Launch your career in a creative, fast-growing business!

About Boom Graphics:

Boom Graphics is a well-established and rapidly growing print and design company, proudly supporting businesses across the UK with high-quality signage, branded clothing, vehicle graphics, and promotional materials. As demand for our services continues to rise, we’re excited to welcome a Digital Marketing & Business Apprentice to join our friendly, ambitious team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about the creative and print industry while developing valuable marketing and business skills in a real-world environment.

About the role:

This varied and hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to build strong foundations in business administration while gaining practical experience in marketing. You’ll play an active role in supporting and shaping our marketing activity — an area we’re continuing to invest in as the business grows — while also helping to keep our office running smoothly.

You’ll gain insight into how a busy, customer-focused company operates, develop confidence working with customers, and learn marketing skills that will support your long-term career.

What you’ll be doing:

Marketing & creative support:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing activity.
  • Creating and scheduling content across social media and digital platforms.
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Contributing creative ideas to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Developing the skills and confidence to become a key part of our long-term marketing strategy

Administration & office support:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone.
  • Updating and maintaining our internal CRM system.
  • Supporting day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, organised individual with strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience in person or over the phone
  • Someone confident speaking with customers and working as part of a team
  • A genuine interest in marketing, social media, or creative content
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, between 8:30am – 5:30pm

Benefits:

  • Regular social events and team activities
  • Full study support throughout your apprenticeship
  • Family and friends discount on company products
  • Free on-site parking
  • Performance rewards and recognition for strong contribution and achievement
  • Opportunities for progression and increased responsibility as your skills develop
  • Supportive team environment with ongoing training and mentoring

Future prospects:

90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
