Property Support Level 3 Apprenticeship - Rite Home

Join the Rite Home team and level up your career in property!

We’re not your average property company. At Rite Home, we’re a squad of experts from the worlds of estate agency, property management, and financial services, all coming together to create something next-level. We’re all about building long-term relationships—many of our clients are more like friends. They trust us to manage and grow their property portfolios because we always put them first.

Why work with us?

  • Award-winning: We’re a Gold award-winning company (British Property Awards 2020-2021)—so you know we’re serious about quality.
  • Genuine connections: We’re all about building real, lasting relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Growth & opportunity: As we grow, we want you to grow with us. You’ll have the chance to move up to a property management role in just a couple of years.

What’s the opportunity?

We’re looking for a Property Support Apprentice to join our team and dive into the world of property. This is the perfect chance to learn, grow, and start your career in an industry that’s always evolving.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Master the tech: Get hands-on with our in-house software, SME, and become the go-to person for internal systems.
  • Be the hub: You’ll be the contact point for colleagues and clients, responding to viewing requests, booking appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Get digital: Learn to use Signable to create and send tenancy documents online. Track when they’re signed and manage them in our system.
  • Stay connected: Take client calls, host meetings via Microsoft Teams, and update our website with the latest info.
  • Manage the details: Help with tenant applications and make sure client files are always up to date.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who’s comfortable using technology and keen to learn new digital skills.
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with others (customers and teammates).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:

£18,000 per annum.

Working hours:

35 hours a week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Perks:

  • Awesome transport links.
  • Chill, supportive work environment.
  • The chance to level up to a property management role in a year or two.

Ready to take the first step in your property career? Apply today and join a team that’s making waves!

Future prospects:

90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
