Digital Support Level 3 Apprenticeship - TPMG

About TPMG:

About the role:

We’re looking for an organised and motivated apprentice to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly through admin support and clear communication, while gaining real experience in a growing, fast-moving business.This is a paid apprenticeship and a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, reliable, and keen to learn and grow with the company.

You will learn to:

  • Be a first responder to incoming calls from clients and acting as first response for the office email ticketing system on Microsoft Outlook. This will involve triaging phone calls and ticketed emails to the relevant team member.
  • Provide support with financial processes including creating invoices, raising PO’s and ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner to ensure smooth cash flow. You will receive full training to become a “superuser” on Xero – accounts software.
  • Maintain and organise the digital filing system on their internal bespoke filing system.
  • Input, maintain and update spreadsheet databases on Microsoft Excel to ensure all information is up to date covering PPE management and procurement.
  • Play an active role in help installing new CRM system and HR software in the future.
  • Collaborate and communicate with team members to process documents in a timely manner to ensure workflow.

Desirable skills:

  • Computer literate – comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks without getting overwhelmed.
  • Confident communicating with others – this could be in person, via email or on the phone.
  • Able to work independently but also enjoy being part of a team.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and genuinely keen to learn and develop.

Salary: £18,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
