About the role:

The Artificial Grass Company Scotland are looking to bring on a Digital Support Apprentice to support with their growing workload. We are looking for someone to support our team and keep day to day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • First responder to incoming calls from clients and acting as first response for the office email ticketing system on Microsoft Outlook. This will involve triaging phone calls and ticketed emails to the relevant team members
  • Become a “superuser” on Sage – accounting software – to support financial processes including uploading invoices and data input to ensure smooth cash flow. Responsibilities on Sage will increase throughout apprenticeship
  • Input and update spreadsheet databases on Microsoft Excel for sales, merchants, servicing and contacts
  • Manage and organise the digital filing system on internal bespoke filing system
  • Keep social media platforms up to date including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Support sister company, Campervan Rentals, with monitoring bookings and diary availabilities on campaign management system, Realbase
  • Collaborate and communicate with team members and director to ensure jobs are completed successfully in a timely manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Salary:

£18,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
