About the role:

This apprenticeship is an opportunity to start your career in digital transformation consulting while working with real clients on real business challenges.

As a Digital Transformation Apprentice, you’ll support clients to improve how they work by streamlining processes, adopting digital tools, and making better use of data and technology. You’ll learn on the job, supported by experienced consultants, while building practical skills that set you up for a long‑term career in consulting.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support digital transformation projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance for clients across different industries
  • Use modern digital tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to support analysis, collaboration, and high‑quality project delivery
  • Review and understand business processes, helping design clearer, more efficient ways of working
  • Work closely with client teams, supporting workshops, training sessions, and implementation activities
  • Build confidence in client‑facing situations by clearly communicating updates, insights, and recommendations
  • Accurately record project discussions, actions, and progress using Notion (our CRM) to support effective delivery
  • Produce clear, well‑structured documentation such as requirements, process maps, and project reports
  • Learn from a multi‑disciplinary team of consultants, developing skills in problem solving, communication, and commercial awareness

What we’re looking for:

  • Wants to help clients build a better business through intelligent, thoughtful transformation
  • Enthusiastic and curious about technology, business improvement, and digital ways of working
  • Demonstrates a partnership mindset, acting as an extension of the client’s team
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Displays grit, seeking alternatives and persevering when faced with new challenges
  • Interest in working with clients and building professional confidence
  • UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • No previous consulting experience is required; we’re looking for potential, attitude, and motivation.

Salary:

£27,000 per annum

Working hours:

9am – 5pm

Benefits:

  • A structured apprenticeship combining hands‑on experience with learning and development
  • Support, coaching, and mentorship from experienced consultants
  • Exposure to real clients, modern tools, and meaningful transformation work
  • An environment that encourages growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • A strong foundation for a career in digital transformation and consulting
