About the role:

As a modern, forward-thinking and fast-growing business, we’re looking for the right apprentice to join our vibrant team and grow with us. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality first line IT support from our Swindon office. • Updating CRM and PSA systems with accurate customer and technical information
  • Working closely with the IT Director, IT Engineers, Senior Engineers, print engineering and admin teams
  • Delivering support, guidance, and training to customers and colleagues

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of IT support or networking
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
  • Confidence when speaking to customers and colleagues
  • A friendly, approachable team player
  • Highly motivated and eager to develop technical skills
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing great support
  • Ability to commute to the Swindon office
  • Full UK driving licence (required)

Entry requirements:

  • an A-Level in ICT
  • OR an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 ICT
  • OR a Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:
