  • Coordinate ICT equipment and access for starters, movers, and leavers, including issuing, modifying, and recovering devices and accounts.
  • Support ICT improvement initiatives, including device replacement programmes, new service rollouts, and small ICT project requests.
  • Provide ICT‑related communication and guidance, helping ensure correct information management and GDPR compliance.
  • Support performance meetings by preparing and displaying relevant data and information for managers and staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for governance meetings, such as scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting outcomes.

  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
