Job Description
Marketing Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship - Nera Marketing
About Nera Marketing:
At Nera Marketing, we understand that digital marketing is more than just clicks and impressions; it’s about creating meaningful connections between your brand and your customers. Our approach combines deep industry knowledge, cutting-edge technology, and a relentless focus on results to craft tailored campaigns that drive real business growth.
We’re not here to just build websites or run ads. We help UK businesses grow – with sharp strategy, clean execution, and services that scale as you do.
About the role:
This role supports the daily operation and growth of Nera Marketing across client work, internal projects and our own direct to consumer supplement brand. You will work closely with our remote team, assist with client communication, manage workflows and contribute to creative and strategic activity across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of client marketing accounts.
- Handling new customer enquiries and messages in a professional and friendly way.
- Coordinating tasks and communication with our remote based team.
- Writing project briefs for client work and passing them on to the relevant departments.
- Managing and organising client monthly reports.
- Outreaching through internal accounts to bring in new clients.
- Occasionally taking inbound phone calls from clients and enquiring customers.
Desirable skills:
- A flexible approach to occasional out of hours and weekend support when needed.
- Confident, approachable, and eager to grow.
- You don’t need to know everything right away, what matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take feedback on board.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
Working hours: 40 hours per week.
Benefits:
- Company laptop.
- Company phone.
- Onsite parking.
- Brand new 2026 modern office environment.
- Flexible working hours after probation.
- Overtime and additional work opportunities.
Future prospects:
90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
