About the role:

An apprenticeship with OCS Group provides individuals with an opportunity to work and learn with our work-based training programmes. You will have the opportunity to complete your Digital Applications Support SCQF6 Diploma during your first 12 months!

Responsibilities:

  • Help with reports using OCS AB dashboards and reporting tools. Become a super user to support the team with clear, accurate data.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices/quotations using OCS’s finance and procurement systems. Act as a first point of contact for these tasks.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports using dashboards and shared data. Work collaboratively with colleagues to make sure information is clear and accurate.
  • Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and engineer reports using OCS’s CAFM/INSPECTION Trac system. Log schedules, record defects, and track progress.
  • Process engineers’ timesheets, expenses, and uniform/tool requests using OCS HR and resource systems. Be the first point of contact for engineers’ admin requests.
  • Upload and manage documents (PPM reports, service reports, quotations) in CAFM/INSPECTION Become a super user and help colleagues access files easily.
  • Communicate clearly using email, dashboards, and other digital tools to share written, verbal, and numerical information.
  • Help improve how we work by spotting opportunities to make processes better. Work collaboratively with your team to make things more efficient.

Desirable skills:

  • PC skills – although these will be taught during your apprenticeship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service.

Salary:

£26,000 per annum.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
