About Aerial Express:

They are looking for a driven and confident individual to join their Digital Support team providing support to the wider business. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a busy environment working with customers, other departments and gaining a qualification! This organisation invests massively in young people, previously taking on apprentices in admin, IT and Marketing. You’ll be in safe hands, many apprentices have remained with the company and one has even progressed to become a manager.

You will complete an SCQF Level 6 qualification as part of your apprenticeship and full training will be provided.

What will I be doing?

  • Act as 1st point of contact for customers via Outlook and on the phone. You will then assign work to engineers via Bantham. Bantham is a CRM system – you will become an expert in this by the end of your apprenticeship.
  • Using Batham, you will liaise with all engineers on job updates, ETAs and payment details.
  • Track customer information such as the date, cost and time of service provided for efficient data sourcing on MS Excel.
  • Collaborating with staff members in various departments, you will be using RAM, a fleet management tool to monitor vehicle locations, recording and reporting vehicle usage, and scheduling maintenance and services. This will provide sufficient planning routes for engineers.
  • Processing of orders which includes taking card payments using the card payment system Ingenico.
  • Responsible for the storage and maintenance of accurate information on OneDrive.
  • Reporting to supervisor on a daily basis.

Salary:

£17,680 per annum.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
