As a Data Scientist Apprentice in our Sales Support team, you won’t just be working with numbers you’ll be uncovering the stories they tell. You’ll explore vehicle finance data, spot trends and turn your findings into ideas that help us boost sales performance, delight customers, and operate more efficiently.

This role is analytical and insight‑driven, with no direct sales activity involved.

This is a three‑year Level 6 Integrated Degree Apprenticeship in Data Science, during which you’ll learn how to transform raw data into meaningful insights, design dashboards that influence real business decisions, and highlight opportunities that make a real difference.

It’s a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll blend technical skills with real‑world business understanding, helping senior leaders make smarter choices while growing into a confident and capable data professional. From collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to taking ownership of meaningful projects, you’ll gain practical experience that truly sets you apart.

What we’re looking for

• A naturally curious mindset — you love figuring out how numbers influence real‑world decisions and enjoy discovering the “why” behind the “what.”

Requirements

• 104 UCAS points
• GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above), or equivalent qualification
• or
• Completion of a Level 3 apprenticeship/professional qualification in a relevant discipline
