Mobilize Financial Services, a subsidiary of Renault Group, is offering an exciting opportunity to kick‑start your career as a Marketing Data Apprentice. From day one, you’ll be learning, contributing, and building valuable skills in a real business environment where your work has a genuine impact.

This is a hands‑on, insight‑driven role where data meets marketing. You’ll work closely with managers and teams across the business, analysing performance, uncovering trends, and turning data into clear, actionable insights that help shape marketing decisions and drive growth.

The focus is on understanding customers, performance and impact.

You’ll gain practical experience creating dashboards and reports, automating analysis, and supporting a wide range of projects, from customer loyalty initiatives to product launches. Working within the Marketing function and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you’ll develop strong data, digital and commercial skills that set you up for a future career in analytics, marketing or commercial insight.

What we’re looking for

• A curious and proactive learner with an interest in data, marketing and commercial insight
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Confidence using IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office, with a desire to learn Power BI, automation and AI tools
• A collaborative team player who can communicate insights clearly
• A positive, growth‑focused mindset and willingness to learn

Requirements

• Three A‑Levels (or equivalent), including GCSE English and Maths
• or
• Relevant work experience
