Description

An exciting role in a great team, the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work in an Agile system development environment, learning not just about the operations of an Information Systems department, but also wider business through liaison with all other UK departments.

Job purpose

  • Supporting the Organisation and Projects Team in the organisation, development and management of IS solutions.
  • Involvement in a wide range of system projects including development of new technologies (e.g. AI, Robotics), e-commerce solutions, dealer sales systems as well as operational and financial systems.
  • Producing the IS UK newsletter with updates for all RCI staff.
  • Supporting the IS Management Team with the organisation and follow-up of global company initiatives relating to Innovation & Transformation.
  • Working closely with all other Mobilize FS UK departments to ensure system requirements are clearly understood and issues can be resolved quickly.
  • Analysing system requests and testing functionality to ensure system needs are met.
  • Liaising with Product Owners to troubleshoot and recreate issues found prior to passing to the development team for resolution.
  • Building relationships with the IS teams as well as business partners.
