My role includes the management, planning and delivery of the diabetes prevention programme in Lancashire & South Cumbria.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first month of the apprenticeship programme.

Very well organised, planned and structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great deal of support from my employer, especially my line manager who is very supportive of me and my development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It has only been a month into my apprenticeship however i have felt very supported by the training provider and my tutor.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that the qualification that i will receive will enable me to develop into more managerial roles whilst at my current employer.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

These are planned however i work from home as do my colleagues so social events are often planned well in advance and usually take place twice annually.
