Managing up to 4 Business Managers to achieve results through others on a government contract achieving the expectations of the contract both from a quality and compliance and KPI performance. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the contract and win new business. Ensuring the teams are engaged to deliver results
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Whilst at times I found it difficult to complete the tasks, due to own time constraints I really enjoyed the learning as it expanded my skills and knowledge

I have developed my skills as a manager to through improving my leaderships skills to building engaged team members how can develop their teams to be fully competent and exceed expectations. Project managing projects that improve processes to deliver results and improve the customer experience
