How well organised/structured is your programme?

there was a lack of tutors and this was disruptive and delayed progress
delivered remotely, which I would have preferred face to face interaction for peer support
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I had a change in management and it was difficult to manage work and study load at the same time and due to the lack of a consistent tutor
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

due to having 3 tutors and a 3-4 month gap it was lacking
my final tutor was exceptional Mark Forsyth who gave 110% to make sure I was able to complete my course
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It enabled me to coach and mentor colleagues and set up a project to improve business development to improve targets, skills and knowledges
