Advising 200+ stores on all matters HR, helping with people projects in the business and supporting people functions throughout

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy managing my own workload and making sure all work is completed in a timely manner. You can also link alot of the work you complete daily into the learning of your apprenticeship.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, doing the apprenticeship has allowed me to really explore new ways of thinking, managing and applying the skills I have learnt. This has also improved my writing communication skills and given a more comprehensive understanding overall.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Great, all the classes are virtual and I find them all engaging. My apprenticeship doesnt involve a exam at the end which suits me and all are assesment based, meaning you can learn, write and upskill yourself as you go through the course.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Any rime I need to complete my work is given to me. Any questions or learnings I need my employer is always willing to help me.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Any support I need is an email away. A lot of experience is in both my workplace and the learning support colleagues in my apprenticeship.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The apprenticeship helps me have a greater understanding and knowledge of all the key areas in my role. Having the extra CIPD accreditation also helps as this gives me access to all their trainging materials and guides.
