Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role primarily applies as assistant operator to the print room, maintaining its readily-accessible material component's upkeep, and examining/independently handling matters with some rarer equipment for the needs of correcting equipment problems for retail use redistribution, as well as logistics constitution for side projects when the necessity arrives.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am fairly happy with what the programme has allowed me to work on, as typically outside the working environment in a modern sense I can find it difficult to get up to small projects or find opportunities to more overtly analyse unfamiliar problems and mechanisms, especially to benefit others.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Through my current experiences working, I've found it relatively easier to more socially articulate in concise measures & acclimate with people in working environments. More overtly though, I have been able to more physically learn through & about the operations of machinery and print design techniques that keep me very curious.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say its decently structured and managed in terms of the general day-to-day structure and its stage-by-stage processes. Tasks set by the programme are typically more straight forwards in phrasing and provide venues in which to attempt unfamiliar questions and circumstances not usually tackled by basic daily invoice adherence.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel my employer (ryman) is a fairly calm and consistent collective that is able to calibrate itself more comfortably whenever the necessity demands it, which provides a strong sense of security and allows us to work more cohesively with the requests of the greater business (in my mind) effectively.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is very helpful and supportive when it comes to the facilitation of the apprenticeship, as they are always available in one form or another to answer any questions I may require, they do go out their way to ensure any scheduled affairs are organized ahead of time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As stated before, the apprenticeship does assist in unorthodox methods for understanding and facilitating developments in my working experiences, as some requirements of the qualification may necessitate physical processes and projects my normal line of work may not prioritize as readily or (in personal routine) be conceived of without provocation.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There does tend to be socially inclined activities that get advertised internally within this area of business, like sporting/charity events and other activities, though frequency is rarer to track. Though I'm not the most inclined to them, as I'm not a strongly social person in that sense.

Why?
Generally speaking, the business' capabilities depending on the site can have a decent range of job roles befitting a retail business, ranging from more social situations in the retail locations, to the potential areas of employ in the logistical aspects of the business, which either direction provides opportunity to community.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ryman?
A personal suggestion would be to put a focus on keeping things steady and calm to help the adapted goods, both physical and logistical in nature, be best protected, iterated or transported so that domino problems don't occur. Not entirely necessary, acclimating other departments would also assist in communications.
