As an IT Consultant specialising in digital transformation my role is varied. Whether it is mapping the as-is and to-be of systems, supporting training delivery and change management or helping deliver a programme my role varies widely from day to day to support our clients and our internal goals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy Lean Tree's Academy programme a lot. The support on top of the support provided by the university has been invaluable. I feel valued and consider myself a real part of the team surrounded by a wealth of knowledgable colleagues.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, amongst other things I have learnt about process mapping, change management, delivering training, user testing and about Point of Sale systems. I have also had the opportunity to futher develop my skills in advising clients on solutions and in programme delivery.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Some of the university's elements could be improved with regards to organisation. However, the organisations elements of the programme have consistently been outstanding. Providing countless opportunities for us to go and act up. Accelerating our learning far beyond where it would be without the opportunities to lead.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lean Tree will reach out to members of the team to get us support and advice on topics we do not understand and facilitate great lunch and learns to support this. They also provide us with great work placements so we are able to organically develop the skills needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university is good generally. There have been some poor modules and it is unclear if the university truly actions neutral/negative feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
