What I enjoy most is being involved in solving business problems and seeing how data can support decision-making. Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is very well structured from both my Employer and Training provider. The training sessions provided just the right amount of information to support my learning On the Job and my Employer matched me to a role in which I could build all the necessary skills for the course and supported me with this development.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
I’ve received a good level of support from my training provider. The materials are clear and accessible, and the trainers are responsive when I have questions or need clarification. I appreciate the regular check-ins and the way feedback is given—it helps me stay on track and understand where I can improve.
They also provide helpful resources and guidance that link the learning content to my day-to-day role as a Junior Business Analyst, which makes the training feel more relevant and practical.

5/5
I feel that my qualification is helping me perform better in my role by giving me a solid foundation in business analysis principles. It’s helped me understand the ‘why’ behind certain tasks, not just the ‘how’, which makes me more confident when contributing to projects or supporting decision-making.
