5/5
I've really enjoyed my time in the program. It's been a great opportunity to develop both my technical and interpersonal skills. I've learned a lot about office management, communication, and organization, and have enjoyed the hands-on experience. While there have been challenges, they’ve helped me grow and become more confident in my abilities. Overall, I feel this apprenticeship has been a valuable experience, and I’m excited to continue building on what I’ve learned.

developed strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. My teamwork and problem-solving abilities improved, along with time management and leadership potential.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I feel that the program is well-organized and structured, with a good balance of practical experience and learning opportunities. The tasks and responsibilities are clearly outlined, and there’s a strong support system from mentors and supervisors. I appreciate the combination of training and hands-on work, which has helped me develop a well-rounded skill set. At times, the pace can be challenging, but I believe it’s been a great way to push myself and grow
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
During my business administration apprenticeship, my employer provided strong support through mentorship, on-the-job training, and study time. Regular feedback helped me develop skills, and I had access to resources for learning. While the support was helpful, at times, I felt more structured guidance could have improved my experience further.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My training provider offered valuable support through regular check-ins, study materials, and online resources. Tutors were available for guidance, and feedback on assignments helped me improve. While the support was generally good, there were times when quicker responses or more tailored help would have made the learning process smoother.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification provided a strong foundation in business administration, improving my understanding of key tasks like communication, organization, and data management. The coursework was relevant to my role, but some areas felt more theoretical than practical. Overall, it helped me develop essential skills, but more hands-on learning would be beneficial.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
At my workplace, there were some extra-curricular activities to get involved in, such as social events and networking opportunities. We had a Christmas party, which was a great way to connect with colleagues in a more relaxed setting. However, there weren’t many regular activities like sports teams or networking events.
