What have you enjoyed the most about your experience at Mott MacDonald so far?
I have enjoyed working on some very interesting projects with a great team around me. The work life balance has been very manageable and the graduates I work with every day have become great friends.
How have you found the ‘accelerating your future’ development programme?
The accelerating your future programme has been great for meeting other graduates in the company from around the country and has been insightful in giving me a better idea on how to progress within Mott MacDonald.
What attracted you to the role at Mott MacDonald?
I felt that working in the water sector was an interesting opportunity that I had not yet considered, and I wanted to take on a new challenge. Mott MacDonald offered a great role that I felt would be great to start my electrical engineering career at.
What are your career goals for the next few years?
I would like to increase my knowledge in electrical engineering and achieve chartership within the next four years. I would also like to work on a diverse range of projects to grow my skillset.
What one piece of advice would you give to anyone looking to apply for the Graduate role at Mott MacDonald?
