Placements:

Our placements opportunities are available in a variety of sectors and teams, so each role is unique. We offer two types of placement programmes: summer placements (8-12 weeks) and industrial placements (6-12 months). If you’re invited to an interview, this is when we’ll will discuss in more detail the specifics of the opportunity you applied for and what it involves. Successful placements could lead to a full time permanent role within one of our graduate career paths.

Graduates:

Our graduate career paths equip you to advance your career. You'll learn from industry experts, receive structured training through our three-year development programme - Accelerate your future - and gain experience on community-enhancing projects all whilst making a difference to society and the world we live in.

Apprenticeships:

Our apprenticeships offer an inclusive, supportive environment full of mentorship and training opportunities to help you realise your potential. Work on world-changing projects while earning a salary and studying for a professionally recognised qualification. You'll also join our three-year development programme - Accelerate your future.

We offer several types of apprenticeship:

• Advanced apprenticeship: for students leaving school with GCSEs or A Levels/Highers who want to achieve a Level 3 qualification, with the potential to progress to a degree apprenticeship.
• Higher apprenticeship: for students leaving school with GCSEs or A Levels/Highers who want to achieve a Level 4 qualification, with the potential to progress to a degree apprenticeship.
• Degree apprenticeship: for students leaving with A Levels/Highers looking to get a degree.
• Scottish Modern apprenticeship: for students who have already achieved national 5 passes with grades A-C or equivalent, including Maths and two similar subjects such as English and Science.
