Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Process validation and improvement. Ensuring automatic and manual processes for the cars allow the cars to be in the best condition as possible. Striving for perfection by finding long term solutions for recurring problems. Also involved in new model devlopment and intgration into the paintshop.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, which I relished. If you ever had too much, don't be afraid to communicate that with the manager.
