Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

IT projects support, including meeting organisation, project documentation, operational and high-level reporting and Scrum.
Conduct as-is business process analysis to investigate current situations and identify gaps, then suggest solutions for projects with to-be process analysis.
Plan, manage and track project with the appropriate tools and project management methodologies.
Develop and agree on project plans, timelines and milestones with relevant stakeholders.

There was the Intern Development Program, as well as other online learning resources so you could explore when you have some free time.
My manager was really supportive and provided me opportunities to do some data crunching work due to my interest in data

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone at Disney is super friendly and is willing to teach and share their knowledge with you. It is also very diverse and easy going. Communication and creativity are also a big part of Disney
