Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Using Disney systems to approve licensed products from concept to distribution. Support creative projects including brainstorming, trend broads, researching and showcases. Applying knowledge of franchise storytelling and applying it to product design. Working with other teams and LOBs like commercial, marketing, licensees and reviewers. Compiling and presenting product catalogues. Liaising with licensees to assist with queries and make the process efficient.

I was always treated as a valued team member with real responsibilities developing throughout the process.

Professionalism: day to day working, communicating with seniors, completing multiple tasks at once. Problem Solving: overcoming challenges, answering queries and creating commercial design work. Creative: using Adobe to complete creative tasks. Networking: connecting with the wider team, intern committee and connecting with the whole cohort.

The company culture is amazing, just be yourself and don't be scared to relocate to London. There is a great community of interns living in the area that you can share your experience with.
