Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Responsible for coordinating and facilitating weekly final stage interviews, holding feedback meetings and collating and publishing candidate results.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Absolutely, really are part of the team here at FDM (feels like not even a placement student). Lots of responsibility given pretty much straight away - meeting tight deadlines etc.

Have been given lots of support and guidance from my team and manager as well as wider teams in other regions. This has been available due to remote working whilst going through the pandemic.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone is really helpful and friendly. Culture seems good but due to pandemic unfortunately not been able to fully immersive in to team night out etc.
