Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Support the protection and enforcement of NBCUniversal's prized portfolio of film and TV brands and content. Involves supporting managing the anticounterfeiting and enforcement programs, researching and investigation IP rights and infringements and drafting C&D letters.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I was given responsibility in helping to manage the anti-counterfeiting and enforcement programs, as well as researching and drafting legal letters for infringements.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

My team was very supportive and provided me with guidance where I was unsure and tips on how to improve. Also, my team were always happy to answer any of my questions and introduce me to other teams if I wanted to learn about other legal roles.
