Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Regularly updating clients with product information & pro-actively gathering customer feedback.
Liaising with clients with respect to product queries.
Supporting Sales Administrator throughout deal admin lifecycle including inputting in internal systems & updating clients on deal updates/changes when required
Work closely with several internal departments including Marketing team to ensure client support & provision of marketing materials, Distribution team regarding supply of broadcast materials to clients, Finance team regarding payment & billing queries and Legal team to ensure contracts are signed.
Maintaining internal tracking documents for upcoming TV series to enable team focus on key Sales opportunities
Creation of presentation decks and ad-hoc analysis, liaising with Business Development, Marketing & Product teams as required
Assisting with ad-hoc office, diary and travel management as required
Ad hoc projects
