Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
On a day to day basic I help to support a busy projects team, responsible for all aspects of workplace related projects, real estate transactions and facilities management, from offices relocations, internal moves, refurbishments and build outs, lease renewals to helping roll out new initiatives and imbedding BAU FM practices. You will have exposure to all areas of the business, helping to understand the differing needs of each business unit and how to deliver best in class workplaces.

Had a large amount of support and guidance from my team and the wider team as well as from different areas of the business, through the YPN network. HR, specifically the early careers advisors offer great support

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company as a whole is very welcoming with a warm and supportive atmosphere. There are a large number of networking events to get to know other members of the company along with ERGs to get to meet people from similar backgrounds.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
Really enjoyed it, would 100% recommend if you get an opportunity to work at NBC to take it. The people here are very friendly and welcoming making it enjoyable to come into the office. The company has provided multiple opportunities to get involved and develop.
