My level of responsibility started off small and grew as I learned the ropes and understood the responsibilities of the role. I am now able to lead on a campaign and execute all areas of the role independently.

Developing a high level of communication skills has been imperative in liaising with teams across the world and presenting to key business leaders in meetings. My ability to organise and prioritise tasks during busy periods of activity has improved allowing me to meet deadlines.

My managers were incredibly supportive, scheduling regular catch ups and were always on hand to answer any queries I had. The wider early careers team were so helpful in organising training and development opportunities outside of my immediate job role.
