Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
•Assisting the team with the raising of purchase orders and invoice coding
•Working with third parties to maintain corporate websites and systems; overseeing the delivery.
•Liaising with internal/external stakeholders at various levels on a regular basiivery of materials/assets as required
•Overseeing archives, monitoring of costs and management of material movements/destruction
•Providing admin support to the team and additional support to the necessary Directors/VPs as required
