Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight was extremely helpful to find out more about EY's strategies and culture. The programme included various talks from leading women, network and participate in a case study. We were introduced in more detail to assurance and the various services provided.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was extremely helpful to hear from senior leaders, such as partners and assurance managers, to learn more about the services provided through assurance at EY.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
EY really cares about its employees' working environment by providing a friendly atmosphere. EY also focus on giving back to the community through the EY Foundation. EY also has many networks that increase its inclusitivioty and diversity.
