This is all stored in databases which need to be organised, clear and given to the relevant engineers for their relevant parts, and the team i am in also checks at different points in a project that the requirements are being met and that there is proof of this through the test cases we also write.

yes. I have been able to take on the same responsibilities and work as other full time permanent employees and have the opportunities to take on further responsibilities. With more people joining the company after myself, I was able to also share what I had learnt and help others as well.
There are always tasks to be done but management is more keen of making sure people are learning as well so there have been chances to take internally hosted courses by people who have expertise in certain areas.
