Learning from EY's industry professionals in Tax, Consulting and Strategy and Transactions and how they innovate and utilise technologies
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into various aspects of business such as consulting, technology, strategies, and transactions. My exposure to these diverse areas enabled me to expand my knowledge and acquire a more comprehensive understanding of the business landscape. Furthermore, learning about the available roles within the organisation provided me with a deeper understanding of the different career paths that I could pursue.

My involvement in a collaborative case study has further enabled the development of my skills in project planning, teamwork, and communication. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture at EY is centred around critical values such as ESG and sustainability. There is a strong focus on promoting these values which have a positive impact. Additionally, the company places a great emphasis on diversity and has implemented various programmes to support this important initiative.
