Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Received insightful talks on all aspects of the business and how to succeed in each division. Also took part in one challenge every day which involved research and teamwork, and culminated in a presentation.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was great to gain a deeper understanding of all of the different business divisions and to think about which I would be best aligned to.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company has a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. I'd particularly like to thank the organisers of the programme in the Early Careers Team for being so welcoming and running such a smooth and insightful programme.
