Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Currently I am responsible for creating and maintaining and assisting on carrying out the design validation methods for our Electric Drive Unit.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was, I am the sole owner for one of our systems in china and that is my reasonability which has allowed me to develop quickly and feel important to the team

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed alot as a professional especially within the regard of communicating between teams which allows for cohesive work. I have also developed a multitude of skills including Yellow Belt training, HV competent person training, Intermediate electrification upskilling, software knowledge over multiple software's etc.

I couldn't be happier with my placement and i would do it again in a heart beat and hopefully i manage to get a job offer for after i finish my degree
