Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Presentations of the different areas and roles available at fidelity, group projects and presentations.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very eye-opening to discover all the opportunities available and the wide array of roles available. We discovered that having a Finance background was not a requirement, that the patways were taylored to our personal experience, and the skills requirements needed for all the different jobs!
