Good, currently on rotation experiencing all aspects of the business

I believe that i've contributed alot to this project, and believe that i'm doing very well.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The perks could have been better. When my car was stolen, I received very little support from the company and had to pay for my own rental car just to commute to work

How is the support you receive?

As mentioned When my car was stolen, I received very little support from the company and had to pay for my own rental car just to commute to work - No issues otherwise, in terms of work support, everybody is very supportive and happy to help :)
How is your work-life balance?

I start early and finishing late - not much time to myself in the evening due to the drive. My fault for living so far away but rent is too expensive in Bristol

The organisational culture is professional and collaborative , with a strong focus on teamwork, safety and delivering high-quality work. There is a generally positive atmosphere where people are approachable and willing to help each other. However, can be challenges associated with working within a large organisation.

I think Kier has strong CSR initiatives and clearly invests in sustainability and social value. However, the visibility of these initiatives could sometimes be improved, as employees may not always be fully aware of what is being delivered across the wider business or how they can contribute.
