Customer Data Analyst Review

I was treated as just another member of my team, which was daunting at first considering most of the rest of the team had PhDs! I was given as much responsibility as was decided was right in conversations with my manager and mentor and had some really important and interesting projects during my time!

This placement is very much tailored to the person! I was given a mentor (another member of my team) who taught me the basics of all the skills needed to succeed in my job role! I was then given as much responsibility as I wanted that allowed me to be challenged. The last 6 months of my placement, I was completely independent but always encouraged to ask for help when needed!

I loved my placement and now that I’ve returned to university I really appreciate and value all that my time at Sage has taught me. I made some amazing connections, developed so many skills that my CV actually looks a little cramped and learnt some priceless important things about myself.
