Rewarding, with many opportunities to grow and develop career skills
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Sales Rotation: Account management, planning customer intake and pitching new models to customers, promotional execution.
Product management Rotation: ordering stock weekly, market analysis, promotional planning, coordination of deals across marketing, sales and supply chain teams

Given lots of opportunities to perform, take ownership of projects and responsibilities. Grads are respected and trusted with proper work.

Strong salary for comparable grad schemes, although for a while I was doing the role comparable with higher-paid colleagues

There are regular, structured, dedicated training sessions for grads throughout the programme. My managers have also become my 'mentors', always willing to give honest advice and genuinely want to see you succeed

to a high extent, I am developing critical work competencies like time management, communication, sales forecasting, and excel skills

How is the support you receive?

Support is readily available from HR, line managers, mentors and peers. All colleagues in my experience are willing to support. Everyone is quite busy though, so finding time with people is sometimes a challenge
How is your work-life balance?

During busy periods, you are expected to work late. However, this is balanced because when you finish tasks early you can leave early.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Organisational culture is certainly interesting at Samsung, as it is a Korean company (strictly hierarchical). The culture is inclusive however, and flexible hybrid working is a good perk.
