Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
I have learnt a lot throughout the two years I have been with Balfour Beatty. I have recently completed the early careers graduate scheme and look forward to progressing my career further with Balfour Beatty.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibility is to manage the PCSA during 2 stage tenders. This involves reporting internally and externally to different individuals.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have a company car which is a great benefit which came with my job role. Plus throughout early careers you get a pay review twice a year.
