Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Supporting finance team with delivering timely and accurate budgets, forecasts and quarterly closes.
Key tasks:
• Running SAP reports to track purchase orders and costs coming in;
• Preparing monthly HMRC and Pension payments for cast across all theatrical shows;
• Producing show payroll and supporting weekly reporting;
• Monitoring the Iberia market financial position and liaising with market leader;
• Analysing quarterly forecasts and uploading data onto Cognos;
• Tracking coding on purchase orders and performing reclass journals where appropriate; and
• Assisting with any other ad hoc work as it arises
