Graduate rotation was advertised as part of the graduate scheme but there were no arrangements or plans. I have managed to arrange personally but no initiative or support was provided for this. A process has been started in the last year so may be improving.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Mott MacDonald?
Ask questions, don't worry about "wasting" peoples time especially seniors they are usually very happy to pass on knowledge and support where appropriate
