Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I assisted in the delivery of the image validation of the Machine Learning Image Ranking Service, working with the team which orchestrates the intrastructure around different Machine Learning models. I worked in the Computer Vision domain and was able to work with both Software Engineers and Machine Leanring Scientists, which jointly create and execute different models.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I worked independently as any member of the team and reported my progress to my manager and to the team in the meetings, my project was an enhancement to the existing pipeline process.
