It was very engaging and inspiring to hear from professionals who work in the industry and they provided us with a lot of valuable insights.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I felt like I had more options open to me than I had initially realised which allowed me to understand that my skills could be applied to various different areas of the business to add value and develop them further.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It felt like a very collaborative environment where I was supported and encouraged to work harder. I was able to ask for help when needed and was always given advice on how to improve which inspired me to give my best in every project that I work on.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
It was very well structured and I met a lot of friendly people who were happy to talk about their experiences which I found very interesting as most of them had different backgrounds. I felt looked after throughout the program and really appreciate the time and effort taken out to provide such a great experience!
