Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
I have absolutely no regrets about joining Mott MacDonald. The opportunities I've been exposed to have been immense, and I've gained experience that I wouldn't have had elsewhere. I'm looking forward to continuing my career here and contributing to the business for many years to come.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
What I enjoy most is the amount of exposure and responsibility I've been given. I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, support major defence projects, and become involved in areas such as business planning, project controls, client engagement and project delivery. Every day is different, which keeps the role both challenging and rewarding.
